Custom CHAT with admin panel

I need another solution of my custom chat built in GO 2 years ago. There is a screenshot attached on how it`s looking now. Since it`s a hard time moving the chat into another html template, i want a new solution. The chat will have: - custom admin panel base on what it has now with several features: users list, ban/remove option, popup display, etc - each user will have its own country flag and timestamp - no links can be clicked inside the chat - a few others The chat must be a complete custom solution, very light and powerful and must sustain even 5000 users at the same time! I don`t care in what is made as long as it meets all my demands which will be detailed in the interview. I prefer some one with very good English and availability so we can get this done nice and easy and as fast as possible. BID only if you have done this before and you are well experienced with such things.
