Create simple information site

I'm looking for a web developer that can code in HML5 (backwards compatible), PHP and Javascript. I require a static site (responsive design layout), with a dynamic contact form, having all the designs ready to go. The site will be coded in standards-comliant HTML5 and Javascript, with the form in PHP (including ReCAPTCHA - I have the necessary keys). I created the design using [login to view URL] and Photoshop, so getting the dimensions and colours accurate for all monitors/screen shouldn't be a problem. The content will be hidden in boxes, with it sliding open (each direction is outlined in my guide) when the user hovers on it. All the content and icons has been written up and created (including favicon). The content that comes after when the user clicks on icon in box (when it slides out) will load another page where the content slides from the top-right corner diagonally. Each page load needs to fade-in (including index). I need the responsive design to also be mobile-friendly (compliant on all devices including tablets). The design is ready to go for you. Do type in your response, YSC, telling me why I should hire you for this job. I'm also looking for someone who can do it in less than 2 days as I'm aware (from credible developers) that this can be coded in half a day, yet I'm giving two due to possible long distance and misunderstandings.
