Create javascript copy function for simple rails app

Current app is running at: [url removed, login to view]

We need to create a simple "Copy Tree" function in javascript to copy trees in an existing report.

For example, when I edit a report:

[url removed, login to view]

Where I have "Remove Tree" I should also have "Copy Tree".

This needs to be done in javascript so that it happens instantly in front of the user (Just as the add trees and remove trees functionality works)..

The functionality should also work in the mobile version of the site.

You can use AJAX, but you don't necessarily have to - as long as the tree is saved when the report is saved, it's fine.

## Deliverables

.....the development environment is incredibly easy to get running on your own setup. the only database is sqlite.

It's ruby 1.8.7 (probably runs fine in 1.9) and is up to date Rails 3.0.3.
