Create Prestashop Theme

Scope of work 1: Create a clean theme without changing source code of version 1.4 of Prestashop that will work by copying into the Prestashop "Theme" folder. 2: I will provide the address for our working website which the theme needs to be 100% the same as to selected bidders who meet my criteria. All links and current categories need to be incorporated into the "Theme" 3: Only bidders with above 90% completion rate and Prestashop experience will be selected. No time wasters. 4: This needs to be completed in 1 week and all current functionality and categories need to work. 5: Payment will be loaded into Escrow and theme installed by my normal developer into a new hosting platform running a standard install of Prestashop 1.4 before releasing escrow. If not happy with the payment terms please don't bid. Please ensure you add "square mouse" into any replies.
