**Situation :**
We have an existing web application which we are migrating to Smarty. (to be more future proof and to have a split from code and design)
At the same time, we want to have a total new layout.
The application has been migrated, we have prepared the most pages for smarty usage (read : fill variables and arrays with data, so is is shown with Smarty) and the new layout has been delivered (in XHTML with CSS : see attachment)
The current (old) design has been Smarty'ed for all pages, except two : confirm and prices page. These two are more complex (they contain quite a lot of data) and still need to be converted.
All smarty pages are being displayed from a central [login to view URL] file. This 'controller' retrieves the data from database/session and assigns it to the right content blocks before displaying.
In the attachment, you'll find the HTML pages, the smarty pages and the [login to view URL] page. (should be sufficient for making a price)
**What is being asked from you :**
- convert the HTMLs attached to Smarty (split in top, header and other re-usable content blocks)
- apply the naming convention from the existing 'smarty'ed pages
- convert the confirm and prices page. + fill it with some sample data. (so fill some arrays and put it in these pages)
**Conclusion :**
You don't really need to know the business logic part of the application. You only need to migrate some screens and create the 'data structures' for 2 smarty screens. (customer and prices) I will be able to assist you on any questions you might have on the application.
