Convert Excel PivotTable into html/php

This project is to convert an existing PivotTable into a webpage (html/php/javascript/jquery). The purpose is to aid purchase planning based on previous sales turnover, and to generate a suggested purchase qty. You must be able to understand my PivotTable and use it to design the page with the same logic and data source. The PivotTable grabs data from 3 source data. Simple calculations and if statements will be required. All calculation and data presentation is already done in excel. You just need to follow the instruction listed, and understand them clearly. The page should enable user to pick a range of data from excel files, input some variables, save them, and calculate final data. Final data will need to be exported into excel again (could be quoted separately) I have attached an example of the template and the instruction, but removed the pivottable and raw data. If we are a good match, I'll then send you the complete template for reference.
