1. We prefer an AMERICAN company. If you are Off-shore, your English and WORK must be of top quality (NO TEMPLATES). 2. Send us 1-3 examples of your best DATABASE Driven websites. Any more than 1-3 will be deleted 3. You will be paid in 1/3 increments 4. Must meet deadlines, if not, you must agree to allow us to deduct from the cost of the project 5. NO TEMPLATES! 6. NO JOOMLA! Joomla sucks. 7. Must agree to talk over the phone. Again, if you are an off shore company, your English must be top notch. American companies will get priority (if you have good work) 8. Must sign an NDA Our budget is up to $3000. If it' going to take more, please let us know. We would rather work with a company that will get it right than worry about cost.
