Classified Site Scraper PHP Cron

Hi, i need a simple script that will scrape info from a classifieds ( secondhand items for sale ) website using php and cron. It must scrape the items listed for sale every 15 minutes and add them to a mysql database. All it needs to do is scrape the item id, title and url. It only needs to scrape the latest 500 items and then add these to a database without duplicates. Simple job for someone that is good at web scraping. My budget for this is $30. I will choose the bidder who can get this done in the fastest time. I need this to run on my server so I dont need a windows application. Thanks.
