Change Design of existing website and add to a interspire CMS

We have a website at the moment and we are looking at changing the design template. We have created a design in photoshop that we would like to use. so we would you you to create that design and also create 7 header images so we can use them in the top part of the website. We would need all the existing functions of the existing website. such as customer login for bills etc. These would have to have the design of the new site. We would need you to add the interspire cms to the new design so its fully working and will allow us to add tables to certain parts of the webpages with ticks and cross. I have attached a copy of the interspire intergration pdf so you can see how you would intergrate the design into the new cms. In the interview i will also show you the existing website and the new website design. I Only have a $500 Budget for this project. Even though it sounds alot of work when you see everything together you will see its not that hard and the intergration of the cms is easy too. please place ABC123 in your reply so that i can see that you have read all the description and understand what we need.I would need the person to start straight away and finish within only a few days
## Deliverables
1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.
2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):
a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.
b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.
3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
