CakePHP or PHP Finishing touches

We had a freelance developer create a CMS program based on a programming platform similar to CakePHP and the programmer had to stop freelancing to get a full-time job towards the end of the project. As such we need someone to finish off the work, so that we can begin deployment of the software. We are looking for someone who is familiar with PHP and preferably CakePHP and you should have a good understanding of design principals and user friendly interface design. **Work to be done:** Integrate a template system front end so that a non-coder can copy and paste to an input area from wc3 compliant template, working with us to create plain english instructions for its use. **Payment:** In addition to this job, providing that the work is done professionally and quickly, we will send any and all future customisation of the CMS to the successful bidder. Furthermore we will actively advertise you on our network of websites (currently 280 sites including three directory sites) as well as make available hosting facilities to you, for the duration of our ongoing business relationship; both for testing and your own use (obviously within the restrictions of the terms of service relating to those hosting companies and servers involved).
