Build a Rig Application

I want to create a web app using jquery/php preferably that allows a user to create a custom trailer. The example of [url removed, login to view] is nearly exactly what I want to create except that the example is flash. I want users to pick what they want inside their trailer with certain restrictions that come up based on certain selections, this I want to customize myself. I am not very concern with the styling of this project either, I just need the basic functionality and I will customize its appearance to suit my own tastes.
