Build a CMS website template (maybe create plugin), NO DESIGN

Creation of a web page. No design, pure coding. According to wire frame. CMS site, social plugins (log in with Facebook accound, likes, comment...etc), community builder, search by various categories (the search plugin has to be fully editable by adding and deleting search item, also connected with the map and content categories), event calendar, map connected with content (this map [login to view URL]), ratings of content... By components and plugins site would be similar to some real estate, or vacancy and events sites. For any additional questions, please do not hesitate to contact me. Page width should be 1150px (but could be changable according to screen width). Also I would like to website to be available on smartphones. I would like some community builder/forum. I though of to have on option log in via Facebook account, but I am not sure if its possible to connect it with the site's forum Top search (just general search site options). Main menu items. Item 1, 2, 3,...(should I send separate wireframes? By now would be just Item 1, where is article with image, map, rating... - as shown the breadcrums at frontpage. Then Item 2 general articles, not included in the Top left Search (FIND). And Item 3 would be forum with its topics) also I'd like to have drop down submenu option for later on. Top left Search (FIND). Should be fully accessible (to change categories to search...for instance price, location, meals, ...etc) and linked to articles content and also linked with the map. Map, I prefer to use this [login to view URL] I need the map to be linked with the article contents. Viewer would be able to click on the map and select a city in Slovakia and he will get a name and ideally a image with little info (something as in top rated). Also I have to be the one who can link the street map with the article. Rest of the wireframe is straight forward, I think. And there is a little space with question mark, where I did not decided yet what to put. I would be happy hear any suggestions. I need clear code, stable site. I am looking for quality work. Deadline is as usual...yesterday was too late :) But as I wrote I need quality, please let me know realistic deadline too.
