Amending and adding features to a php/sql driven website(repost)

The task is to add extra features to the ampshop website that I have created. I am a php programmer but I haven't had much experience with sql scripts. I also don't have time to complete the website so I am asking someone (for a respectful fee) to complete the website, add various tables to the site and enhance the site by adding some extra features to it that I have decided upon. These extra features are: Provide an administration page for AMPSHOP that will permit the EShop owner to administer the site. At minimum, this should allow the owner to * Manage (add, modify and remove) departments and <!-- --> * Manage products <!-- --> * The stylesheet and images for the site should be altered to improve the layout and representation of the site. The site needs enhancing. This should involve the addition of tables within the site to improve the layout and structure. Enhancements should include: * Administration customisation of the 'look and feel' of the site <!-- --> * Provision of product images (although not set, sample images can be used) <!-- --> * Implementation of the 'product search' facility which searches the database for the relevant item. <!-- --> * Customisation of the site for the client, involving, for example, the use of Cookies The code implementation must include an accompanying report which outlines the requirements that you have established and provides an overview and evaluation of the solution. ## Deliverables The working process is continuous... i.e The main aim of the project is to improve the website but further things might be suggested throughout the progress of the project to enhance the website. If necessary, a bonus will be given to the coder if I deem the further enhancement to be worthy (which I proabably will!)
