Add 4 features to Site Builder application(repost)

I would like the following features added to the attached Javascript-based website builder. The system is currently called "Mail Magic", but I would like it re-named to "Site Magic". 1) Project should be saved in a MySQL database instead of the in the file system. The "Project Browser" will now contain "Templates & Pages". A page can be created from a template. When a template is created, the designer specifies which blocks are "editable". Pages have "Details", like the URL of the page, permissions of the page, and published status. Templates do not have these details. 2) Add the ability to "lock" blocks that have been added to the page, and then create a "template" of the page. When some user opens the template, they will see that some regions of the page cannot be edited or removed, and they can only add/edit content in whatever blocks have not been locked. Creating / editing / deleting templates requires a very high-level of permission. 3) The menu system should include "Save as Template" and "Save as Page" options. The normal "Save" would just save the current item as whatever the current type is. 4) Ability to add users easily. We'll need a user/group type of permission system, whereby users can be part of user groups. Permissions are defined on the group level. Please use a Drupal-like user/group system. Please see the attached files for more details. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables): a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform PHP/MySQL/Javascript
