creating a speech based mobile phone application

I basically have to create a speech based mobile phone application prototype. I just need the application to change screen when audio input is given. So for example if i am in the main menu screen and i say messages it will go to the message menu and from there if i say inbox the screen will go to the message inbox. I have made possible designs for it already so you know what it should look. I will pass this on when someone excepts my project. I only need to this for 3 or 4 functions of a mobile phone and not all. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). 4) Want the interface as how i want it to be. I will send the design once my project has being accepted. ## Platform has to run on windows 98 2000, or XP. Preferably in java coding using the jsapi. But if it is not possible then any other programming language will do.
