configure webharvest to crawl a directory

Configure webharvest to crawl specific section of a specific directory. I will tell you in private which directory. The structure of the directory is very straightforward. Pages with some 10 items and a "next page" link. Websites in the directory need to be collected (site title, url, description) and output is csv.
