clone of pz10.com

Hello I need to customizate the existing script I already have music script that I bought from www.inoutscripts.com. But I need to customize to fit my needs, i want the site to look like pz10 and have all the features that [login to view URL] has and add vbulletin forums, with same database for user for regular and premium user subscription. I also want the advertising features which should have strong admin panel. The final thing is that i want exactly the copy of [login to view URL], with design and features. You may modify the existing script or start from scratch . I can tell more about the project pm me for more info.
