Code Editing + Lazy Loading + Hit Counter + Web Template

Hi I need various code editing, i.e rename php links, add lazy loading technique on part of the website, and also add css pagation coding that I already have. Further to this I need a simple website template that I can put content on I need it very simple. So don't worry not alot of coding involved. I also need a hit counter. I need the speed of my site to be made faster;so look at images and ways we could make it faster. No more than 4/5 hours of work. I will not pay a deposit up until the work is done and I release funds (you are free to change cpanel password) the reason being is that I have deposited money in the past and I have been let down by developers and they have either never responded or they have left the work 50% done.
