Change android chat app

To add some code into the eclipse code i have

1)add in FULL_WAKE_LOCK

2)change permissions so it only gives"phone dont sleep" and "internet"

Every thing else is there code wise

Once completed i need the finished code so i can place it on the android market with my signature
