CMS and Popup with Forms/Columns

I have a functional thickbox displaying only the middle image. [login to view URL] Now with photoshop i've added the remaining elements that i wish to display too. Top: -Titel & Indroduction text -Navigation to Next or Previous Property -Close button Left: -Grid with specifications about the property listed (from DB) Right: -Contact Form for this specific property, meaning that the details of properties will be mailed too once "submit/send" is pressed Note: After sending the fields contents like name, email, phone should be remembered so only the inquiry box will be needed to be filled when he wants to ask a question about another listing during this session. Bottom: - Control panel for slideshow: Slideshow control starts playing immediately if there are thumbnails below. Buttons (previous, play/pause, stop, next) CMS: I haven't done any coding yet, just the design so you can install the full CMS to control the data/content of the website. Also how listings will be filtered when i want to display only "for rent" or "for sale" or estates within a specific price range. IMPORTANT: - Read the above description very well before bidding. Also bid by mentionning "CMS/Popup". I will not respond to PM's saying "Yes, we can do it". There must be a question to ask and preferably i would love to see something like this you've ever done in the past. Don't send me a simple greybox with 1 element centered. Done that already.
