The application will communicate with a payment processor, through an api. It will have regular users, merchants and affiliates. The user will be able to login into his account, add credits (through his credit card), pay bills and make payments to other users. The merchant user can add to his website a link to the e-wallet from which a user can make payments. The affiliate will be able to see registered merchants and few details. The application will also have a web service through which basic operations can be done through a mobile device.
