Calendar and reservation form

Hi,

i need a calendar script like this:

Is not important if is in flash or in javascript the frontend, must be all in php/mysql and i need this function:

- Select the date of arrival, the date of departure, how many people, how many rooms and automatically i have to see the total price (rates x nights - discount) for each kind of room.

- The client must be advised if there arent the number of room choiced.

- If a kind of room there isnt i cant select

- From the total of people i must see how many room i have to book each type (ex min 3 double for 6 peoples or 2 triple

- Form to insert all information

- validating of credit cards

- send the email to the hotel's owner and if the hotels

Of course the owner's hotel have to insert in a backoffice:

- how many room each type (ex: 3-double, 1-single, 7-suites)

- how many people in a room type (ex double 2)

- the rates each kind of room for this period (es: 01/01/2008 to 13/03/2008 suite 200,00, double 50$, single 25$)

- must insert the minimum stay

Of course all data must change live during the compilation of the form. Ex: if i put 2 adult all the prices must be upgraded for all rooms type available.
