compare online store prices

I am an online store owner. I sell more than 3 hundreds items in my online store. Frequently, I need to compare item price in my store with the price in my competitors web site. I need this job to be done automatically. ## Deliverables Please refer to the excel file attached. column A is the parts to be sold at my web site. row 1, column B, C, D... until "end" are the web site that you need to visit to compare the prices. The procedures of this program will do: 1. First prompt for a rate value for each URL. this value is a real number. 2. get the part number from row 2, column A, then go to URL at row 1, column B to get the price there, then, times this price by the rate value got in step 1 for that URL. then put the price (after timing it by the rate value) at row 2, column B, then go to URL at row 1, column C to get the price there, then, times this price by the rate value got in step 1 for that URL. then put the price (after timing it by the rate value) at row 2, column C, this process continue until "end" is hit. After the prices are got, the program need to pick up the lowest price (after timing the rate value) and put it into the available last cell in that row. If the program can't find the same item in my competitors' web site, put not available in the cell. 3. continue step 2 for next part number. 4. Go through every items in column A until "end" is hit. The program need to read the file from my local pc: c:\serached [login to view URL] After the program finish the jobs describe above, please send the excel file back to me for my verification. When you test the program, use rate vale to be 1.0 for all the URL This program will be run in Windows OS. Not sure if this can be done. If you can do this, please quote.
