Clean up a css/php-based website and fix a few forms

My website ([url removed, login to view]) needs some updating. It was recently converted from tables and javascript based to css-based, but I'm experiencing some problems that I have not been able to fix. Also, two parts of the site - a payment form and a product registration form - need to be converted from the old tables-based format to the new css format, and the registration form needs to have functionality built into it. The latest development version of my whole website is uploaded as a zipped file (<1 MB), and the work I need done is listed below. Please note that I would like to receive the completed site back as a zipped folder (similar to how I am providing it) so I can just extract it and upload it to my web host. Alternatively, if you would prefer I can set up FTP access to my dev site so you can perform the edits on a version that we both can access. I prefer bidders who: - have a track record of high ratings - provide links to their work along with their bid - communicate a lot, and well, during the project The Deliverables section has a listing of the nine tasks I need completed. Please let me know if you have any questions. Please note that if I receive a lot of bids for this project, I might not reply individually to each. Thank you in advance for your bid and consideration. Thank you, Erik

## Deliverables

Here's what I need done:

1 - without using javascript, and only by editing the [url removed, login to view] style sheet, fix the formatting of the site so that the page width (min and max) in all browsers is 750 pixels. (I'm having trouble with IE even after trying some work-arounds that I found online).

2 - fix the issue that requires me to put a character in the right-most cell of my main menu so that the right border of the second to last cell (View Cart) will be present. See screenshots for more information.

3 - convert the pay-form pages ([url removed, login to view]) from the current table formatting into the css formatting used by the rest of the site, using the main site's [url removed, login to view] (NOT the css that the pay form currenty references). The new form should look very similar to the old form, and I of course don't mind if you add some new divs to facilitate formatting. (Note: the production version of the pay form is currently set up under [url removed, login to view] and the development version is currently set up under [url removed, login to view] Files from the development version are the ones that are included with this request for bids. Something strange is happening, though - when transactions are executed on [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view], [url removed, login to view] and [url removed, login to view] are referenced in the www version instead of the dev version. It seems that for some reason [url removed, login to view] in dev is defaulting to use the files from www. I would like to have the settings altered so that the form refers to the files of whatever domain/directory it is in, so that transactions and testing can be isolated to the dev version instead of referencing the live www version.)

4 - build functionality into the product registration form ([url removed, login to view]) and also convert it from table formatting into css formatting using the main site's css definitions ([url removed, login to view]). I need the form to generate emails to the customer (if an "email a copy of this form data to me" checkbox is checked) and the company (me), post the data to an html file, post the same data to tab separated-variables txt file so I can download it into a database, and post the data onto the subsequent "Thank you for Registering" screen. Please use the emails generated by the pay form ([url removed, login to view]) as style guides. I also need the "serial number" field removed from the form. I want the data captured by the form to note the date and time of submission, as well as the IP address of the computer making the submission.

5 - clean up the code in each of the pages. I did a fair amount of editing and I think I screwed up some of the divs. At the very least the code is no longer cleanly formatted. I'd like for a css expert to review all the code and fix whatever is wrong.

6 - add notations to each of the pages explaining what each piece does (especially the pay form). I'd like to be able to review the code and be able to learn about each element by reviewing the notes.

7 - review, edit and text the code to ensure compatibility with IE 5, 6, 7, Firefox for PC and Mac, and Safari.

8 - edit the code (not the content) to optimize the ability of search engines to index the site. e.g. fix whatever might be wrong with the meta tags and suggest/implement other changes to improve search engine ranking.

9 - move the "View Cart" Buttons on the Products page so that they are just to the right of (instead of below) the "Add to Cart" buttons.

Deliverables specifications also include: 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables):

a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).

## Platform

The website is hosted in a [url removed, login to view] Linux Business package. I edit the pages using Dreamweaver MX 2004 for Mac using my Powerbook. The final product needs to be set up in such a way that I can still access it and edit it using my copy of Dreamweaver (in other words, the edits can't be so foreign to DW that it breaks my ability to use it).
