Need content for website. Track & Trace, CRM and integrate with CMS. Further, I need a admin area where I can check out tasklists, clients etc.

Integration existing [url removed, login to view] design into a CMS (Joomla or another option) but without tables and all the displayed links/navigation has to work, adapt the design where it needs to be adapted but keep the general look the same where possible admin login for admin user Contact Form ClientForm with the below fields; Automatically generated Cliënt Number (5 figures) Company Name Contact person - Sex - First Character of the first name - text in between - Last Name - street - street nr - Postcode (check on postcode is not included in this estimate for now) - city - Country (for city and country we could use the Fun Country/city list) - Phone (nr.s field - no check on phone nr structure) 1 mandatory phon enumber, 2 phone number fields optional - e-mail Extra form for clients of his services, Automatically generated package number (10 figures) Exists out of two parts; - part 1 = client nr - part 2 = the Automatically generated package number (10 characters, exists out of 5 client numbers en 5 numbers from the package ==> clients still has to provide more detail for this) Choice 'company' or 'private person' (radio button) --> when 'company' is selected a field for 'company name' appears/has to be accesible Contact person - Sex - First Character of the first name - text in between - Last Name - street - street nr - Postcode (check on postcode is not included in this estimate for now) - city - Country (for city and country we could use the Fun Country/city list) - Phone (nr.s field - no check on phone nr structure) - e-mail - Amount of kilogram of the package - Pickup date and time --> = time in between, display given in time, exampke 09 30 AM and add 2 hours (standard + 2 hours formula) so the time displayed will be; in between 09 30 AM and 11 30 AM - Delivery date and time - Status package (dropdown - only one can be selected) --> = time in between, display given in time, exampke 09 30 AM and add 2 hours (standard + 2 hours formula) so the time displayed will be; in between 09 30 AM and 11 30 AM o Package approved o Call Appointment pickup package o Pickup appointment, 5 trials to call, no reaction (on hold) o Pick up confirmed (date, time 1, time 2) --> = time in between, display given in time, exampke 09 30 AM and add 2 hours (standard + 2 hours formula) so the time displayed will be; in between 09 30 AM and 11 30 AM o Consignor not available o In depot/stock o Call Appointment for delivery package o Call appointment, 5 trials to call, when no reaction (status on hold) o Delivery confirmed (date, time 1, time 2) --> = time in between, display given in time, exampke 09 30 AM and add 2 hours (standard + 2 hours formula) so the time displayed will be; in between 09 30 AM and 11 30 AM o Package loaded in truck (dropdown with truck appears) o Consignee not at delivery place o Retour package o Delivered and signed for Flow: when a package is approved;| - sender and receiver have to receive an e-mail to confirm the delivery mentioning the 10 figure package number Clients have to be able to login with username and password to see al his packages, they can search on relevant criteria as postcode, package number, names. (similar system as for e-ticketing, so maybe we can re use a part or use the idea's;-) --> a client needs to be 'logged in' to see his client and package details/overview with the link track&trace on [url removed, login to view] users can check the status (set manually in admin) using their 10 character package nummer, postcode and street number. A user only has to click on 'track & trace' and give his 'package number', he doesn't have to be logged in to see; - status history - current status - address where the package is sent to ADMINISTRATOR NEED TO HAVe 'ONE OVERVIEW' for; - package in stock - who have to be called (kind of tasklist, report generated from status) - which package is 'loaded' in which truck, report generated from 'loaded in truck dropdown', admin has to be able to add, edit, delete trucks from admin RIGHTS: it has to be possible that ADMIN gives sub admin rights for certain tasks, idea as in our old framework, so when yiou don't find the right module, it s an option to do it with our old, or with the new framework, the forms can be integrated in Joomla to gather the data and the framework can be hosted on a sub url...just see what you think is best and flexible and make an estimate Contact Form: Company or private person (radio button) Company name (this field only appears when is selected that it is for a company) Contactperson Title contactperson Description Nota field
