On my clients new site [login to view URL] the contact form that pops up does not give any indication that the form has been submitted. When the end user clicks the submit button the waiting image just spins forever. We do receive the email that is submitted when the button is clicked but the end user has no idea that it worked so they keep trying. To test this you can click on the floating footer on the email icon.
