Customisation of Wordpress theme

I'm looking for a Wordpress Developer, not someone to set up a Wordpress theme, that's already done. The person must be capable of looking into an established theme and customise it based on a series of requirements. The theme in question is 'One Community - BuddyPress Theme', Google it, view the live preview and play around with the theme, include your opinion on the theme in any reply to this job post so I can get a feel for you. As you will see, it's a forum, it allows for the creation of groups which people can join. The theme allows for separate/different sidebars for the home page, pages, contact and blog. I need to have the ability to change the sidebar for every individual group. How that's done, I need you to come up with a solution, maybe an option needs to be built into the 'edit group' page on Wordpress or maybe every time a group is created it gets it's own sidebar widget. Please include your understanding of this requirement in your response and how you would resolve it. The theme will have many groups, each will have different privacy options. The theme comes with 3 privacy options: 1)This is a public group - Any site member can join this group. - This group will be listed in the groups directory and in search results. - Group content and activity will be visible to any site member. 2) This is a private group - Only users who request membership and are accepted can join the group. - This group will be listed in the groups directory and in search results. - Group content and activity will only be visible to members of the group. 3) This is a hidden group - Only users who are invited can join the group. - This group will not be listed in the groups directory or search results. - Group content and activity will only be visible to members of the group. I need a 4th option added to the privacy options, it's basically the same as option 1 except it's not included in the groups directory: 4) This is a semi-hidden group - Any site member can join this group. - This group will be NOT listed in the groups directory - This group WILL be listed in search results - Group content and activity will be visible to any site member. There is also some small colour changes to be made to the theme, nothing major. The customisation will need to be done to the theme files so it can be installed on any site. I can provide all theme files as well as a test site for you to view and test your work. I will need a time breakdown for each aspect of the above in your reply. I also will require regular updates and progress reports. This will be a regular job for the right developer.
