Custom output for Magento product page

For a glass shop based on magento, i need a customization for the "custom options" output based on CSS. Most of the glasses have about 10-15 custom options, and they needed to be outputted in a horizontal way (see image for more info) with price changes, based on selection. The screenshot is from the site: [login to view URL] I want the same for my shop (with minor changes) Any option should be selectable in the backend and if an option is not selected, it shouldnt show at the frontpage. The choosen custom options needed to be shown at checkout and also at the order confirmation, send by mail to the customer. I think this is a minor work for experienced Magento developer. If you gave questions, ask them before you bit. Bidders over 100 $ wont have much chances, sorry but budget is limited. The shop is magento v.1.9 com.ed. Thank you
