Cross-browser fingerprintig script

I need cross-browser fingerprinting a script very similar to: [login to view URL] The fingerprinting process will work in background (the user will just see a small message telling we are checking his connection) and the script will be able to redirect users to specific pages when some conditions occurs. For example if the same user tries to reach my site page before 24 hours are passed since his last visit he will be redirected to another page! I want the script to have a very high accuracy so i do not miss visitors because they are filtered by the script by mistake!!! The script has to be able to fingerprint mobile devices too with very high accuracy!!! This is very important since i will need to add this script in a gamescript that i am already developing (to filter the players that can access the game). PS: i am a pro full time IM. I only work with the best and i am very demanding and attentive to details. If you are not 100% sure you can do this job within the agreed timeframe and price simply do not bid on it!
