I prefer have ssh access old UK website magento/sql server for backup. Also ssh access to new USA magento/sql server if different. I don't want have problem backup/restore with interface like phpmyadmin if DB is large.

I'm a webhoster and moved a lot of websites and web shops including Magento. As soon as I get access I'll create a backup of the webshop (including Database) and will upload it to the other server, change all the variables as needed.
