Copy old joomla website onto new joomla template

Hi, I'm new here, hence of my lack of reputation (it seems hard to get the first gig), however I have been working with Joomla since 2008, I'm therefore familiar with all the versions. I can therefore handle your migration of content and template from 1.5 to 2.5. I will also make sure that the URLs that you were using in the previous version either remain the same or are properly redirected in order to keep your google indexing undamaged. I can start working on this right away and deliver in a couple of days. In order to run your migration in this case I would run an export of all your content, categories and users (if any) and import into the new environment with the new template. I would then publish the content/modules in the relevant areas of the new template and submit it to you for validation. There might be a few iterations until you're satisfied with the new site. If your content has changed during this process I can rerun an export/import to make sure all the last adjustments are reflected. I would then extract the URLs of the original site and map them to the new ones (you were not using user-friendly URLs in your old site I would recommend to activate it in the new site) and redirect them to the new URLs in order to keep google happy. After validation we can switch your domain name to point to the new site. I would offer support after the migration too to fix issues for a period of 30 days.
