Convert a Joomla Template to HTML design

Hello, my name is Zachary Gover. I am currently enrolled in College full-time studying Mobile Development. I have 5 plus years of experience in Web Design and Development. My fiancé and I have a business named Gover Development, We have a wide variety of experience in Adobe Creative Suite, HTML5, CSS, Bootstrap, ASP.NET, Joomla and Visual Studio. We would be a great fit for this position because we have a lot of experience, outstanding customer service, we are never late and hardly sick. We love what we do, that is why we do it.
