Certain Customization with a Widget Wordpress Plugin

Hi Guys,
We're using a widget ticker plugin for wordpress.
It is a simple plugin, but we have multiple sidebars on our site (One for the pages, one for blog and one for homepage).
Problem is that this plugin is supposed to show only one instance and it disappears from the list after it is added as a widget to a sidebar, we want to be able to add it to all sidebars.
Should be a simple job for someone who's aware of Wordpress plugins. Budget is $10
