Adjugments on an existing webpage (PHP Contact Form + Animation Delay) -- 2

Hi, webpage, based on HTML/CSS needes to get three/four things improved. Page URL: [login to view URL] 1. PHP Contact Form An existing form needs to be activated with php (including a spam filter, at least I've heard that's neccessary) + a message should pop up (maybe left of the submit button) to inform the user if it was send successfully or not. ------------------------------------------------------------ 2. Animated Percentage Skills Area There are charts which are animated. The area gets filled in an animation upto the percentage I've set. Your work: This animation should only start when the user scrolls onto it, when it is in view and not when the page is loaded. The user should see the and enjoy that animation. ------------------------------------------------------------ 3. Vertical Picture Banner with Quote Easiest way, look at this link, after the "about" area, the quote there is "Creativity is allowing yourself to make mistakes. Art is knowing which ones to keep." [login to view URL] I want to have this kind of element. Quote, background pic and font you dont have to check for. Placeholders are fine. ------------------------------------------------------------ 4. Addition, if easy to build If it isnt too much trouble, I'd like to have all elements be animated on view. Something like here: [login to view URL] But not only fade-in. Depending on the actual elements, they could also appear in a sequence or move-in from either side.
