Adapt or Create a plugin for registration for Wordpress

I am making a website with Wordpress and BuddyPress to make a social network to offer courses, events and webinars for professionals.

In the site I already have installed some plugins to make courses and events.

I did not find a plugin to link and manage suscription to clickwebinar.com.

So I need to create it, or modify one to make this functionality.

Functionality requested by roles

1. WP Admin

Add authors of webinars

Add webinar and assign to author

View preview and Publish webinar

Send email invitation to all members with the same specialty of the webinar

2. Authors

View preview and Edit webinar information, but cannot publish it.

Webinar information to be edited: title, description, upload images, promo video, slides, #max participants, date, time limit to signup, specialty, etc

Add link to youtube of recorded webinar once finished.

Edit profile information with RTE including images and other media files.

View and responde questions made from members

3. Users (registered or not)

Show information of next webinars at website home (title, author, share, comments, # participant, date) and link to more detail webinar information with status, promo video, questions, author info, etc

Filter by specialities and author

Options to include in the list the past webinars with link to youtube of recorded video if exists

Share in other networks or by email

4. Registered members

Be able to add comments and questions to author

Be able to "reserve a seat" if there is availability

5. Registered members that reserve a seat in the webinar

Will see the link (with token) to access to webinar

Will receive automatically a confirmation mail and reminders (1 day before and 1 hour before start) with link and token to access.

Will receive automatically an invitation to rank and comment the webinar once finished.

Note: Once publish the webinar, need to access via API to ClickWebinar to request a room id. Using this room id and the API again, should make Auto-login url to webinar room for each requested member seat.
