we have the PSD already and what you need is to make the psd into css and cms

we need you to build a website for exchanger where the features are :

- responsive page (desktop, mobile, tablet)

- admin panel for adjusting fee

- Manual upload code on the admin side for itunes giftcard, amazon giftcard (since it also sell giftcard, the code need to be uploaded first on admin panel and give to the customer)

- For bank transfer changer , it will be shown as pending order on admin panel.

- Support API for both receiving and sending payments :

bit coin, eGopay, Paypal , Perfect Money,

- member login (to track transaction history, Affiliate)

- Affiliate system (track affiliate link,comission and payout)

additional features on admin panel :

1. Order log , Order report summarize ( total sales volume / day / week / month)
2. disable customer account

handling time is 2-3 weeks. and we do not want any programmer that delays the timeframe.
