complete my website

good day, my website ( [login to view URL] ) is Arabic recruitment website it should handle the job seekers & employer in the same time i start the website since 7 months but for some reasons its not finish it should contain two component work together in same time 1- smart job board [login to view URL] this is the core of my website 2- CV maker is extra feature i add to my website that allowed the job seeker to create the CV from ready templates then he can download this CV in different format (DOC , PDF ,...) its already save in my website so any employer can search for it .
