WE are looking for a designer to build us a fully functional web site with e commerce capability for secure credit card transactions via the web site. The site will not need an extensive shopping cart since their will only be a few items that can be purchased. The site will consist mostly of written/text material and the home page will have a variety of links to appropriate text pages. The site will be created to interest people in becoming a member and being a part of our site. By becoming a member (One Time Fee) they will be entering in to almost a contest like opportunity. They will need to get an automated email response when they sign up and we need a database to store emails for mass email capabilities to keep members updates. This site will have a goal of funds to be raised and we would need an indicator on the home page showing the progress of funds raised. We are looking for someone with a not only the technical know-how but also a creative mind to help design not only visual but the step by step flow and logistics.
