THis project looks a heck of a lot of work without any examples. It would be wise of course to show what type of style or at least hire a diesign first to create the pages to show exactly how it would look. I think you are a bit new to developing websites but I am patient and can help you understand how to succeed at getting the features you want coded without any communication problems. Anyone bidding less than $3,000 on this list is likely not going to deliver all that you have listed here and give up after doing some of the work.
