Hi, I have been developing websites with CMS such as Drupal and Joomla since 2008. I'm therefore skilled and qualified to handle your project. I can do that with minimal disruption as I will install a fresh Joomla and migrate the content ahead of the switchover. The only disruption that there might be is a few hours where your users won't be able to register on the old site and create content if this is something that is offered in your current site. I would install a Joomla 3.2.2 version and check what content types you have defined with Drupal, depending on the content I may use a CCK called Sblod which is a free add-on to Jjoomla or not. In any case we will need to establish a list of extensions that will be required to successfully migrate your site. Next step will be to migrate the content with for instance CMS2CMS, however CMS2CMS doesn't take care of everything there will most likely be some manual migration as well. We will also need to redesign your current template for Joomla. It would be helpful if you could send the link to your current site to check the template, content types and get an idea of the volume of content to transfer. Obviously I will need access to ftp, MySQL and the admin of Drupal (I'm stating this as I got a nasty surprise from someone here on freelancer a few days ago who wanted me to migrate a site without access) I'm running out of space here but do not hesitate if you have any questions.
