Complete website with premium area & auto responder integrated

Looking for someone who will provide all of this & let me do tweaks & stuff when I need something different until I find it okay. Graphics must be spot on! Looking for a very modern theme to my website here. - Index page design in fireworks to see what it looks like & I can request tweaks here & there (I will need a preview made in fireworks of every page on this website) - A calculator of earnings which is simular to this on this index page but styled differently [login to view URL] / I want something like this on my index page - On my index page I want a sexy form that inputs a name & Email. This name & email is submitted into a database of which I can email them all at any time from the email address I want it to email from. I can also download the database at any time to my computer securely (has to be secure so no-one else can get this database) & I can access it easily via excel or something. - A load of content as in text styled differently. Maybe a custom image on the homepage - A members login page,with forgotten your password feature etc..., - The members login area can't be accessed by registering on the website but you have to purchase the package via the website through clickbank then a random username and password is emailed to the email they paid with via clickbank. - An affiliates page, just a simple html/css page cause the referral/affilate system will be done through clickbank - A 2nd index page which will appear offering a bigger discount after they are roaming around the website for a while & not buying anything A contact page / privacy / terms / disclaimer page, the basics - In the members area it will consist of like 4 buttons at the top horizontal list which you press and the javascript drops it down with some content i provide & you can show me how to add content in all of these areas. Javascript simular to this [login to view URL] - how it moves through the tabs & the content sort of slowly drops down. - in the members area the obvious change password features etc etc I am going to expect to get you to do tweaks to the website if I don't like something until it is right.
