Build a Website

I'm looking for someone to build just a landing/home page for my company's website. I've already purchased the domain name, poach.co. The homepage will include two main functions; 1) it will allow people to sign-up via email and 2) it will allow people to search for nearby venues, powered by Google Maps, based on their zip code or geo-location. I've done all the data entry myself in advance for the search function including longitude and latitude. It's attached. For your added convenience, I've taken the liberty in designing exactly how I want the page to look and function from top to bottom. Please see attachment. For this project to be completed to my full satisfaction, when I visit the URL for my site, I should see exactly what I've sketched out in the mockup. Additional notes: 1) The original font, Arial, and logo (which I've attached) used in the mockup needs to be retained in order to be paid in full 2) I need to have access to the back-end of the site where I can see all the email addresses collected 3) For anybody using the search function, even if there isn't a nearby venue close to them (I've only included venues in NYC for now), instead of the map going blank or an error message appearing, I want a "COMING SOON" sign to appear 4) It's very important that the homepage be wide format. So there's going to be a lot of white space on the top and bottom of the screen. I'm going for a very minimal look. 5) And lastly, the homepage needs to be mobile-friendly
