Alright,
I don't have a very big budget for this, but I want some quality work.
I'm not looking to pay more than $150 intially, however if the site generates income, I'll be paying the person that does this handsomely on top of the $150 you make right here.
Now I don't want a clone of this site. I want something that looks unique, and I want the colour theme to be of a nice blue and black combination. Bidders interested will get more information if they PMB me! I'll give you an example colour from there.
I want it to include some Flash and the person doing this MUST KNOW HOW THIS TYPE OF SITE WORKS! Please do not bid if you don't know how it works. I don't care if you even have to sign up to Free Play to get an example how it works.
I'd want the site ready for the end of September. There will be MORE WORK after this project so I'd like somebody who would want to stick around and possibly become a site partner down the line.
