Developing a new site using Macromedia Flash and Dreamweaver

well i have been playing with my own interest web site for years, trying to improve it over the years. however i am trying to learn a little about this more advanced stuff like flash, but my knowledge is limited. here is a link to my current site: [login to view URL] my site lists many luxury homes which are for sale and have been sold. now there are two sites which i would like to somewhat mimick - look similar to. the first link: [login to view URL] - this site is the basic idea how i want my real estate search engine to work. i would like to have it so that the greater image of the town is shown, then when the person clicks on any sub area, a map will come up with each street in that area, and the homes available would show with a house icon indicating its location on the street. when you click on the image a new box would pop up in flash and include details of that property. the second link: [login to view URL] - this site is very clean, simple, and fluid. i like the intro page. so my questions are basically, can someone help me with making the maps and tell me how to make it interactive (eg. inserting a house image on the part of the map where a house is available)? thank you very much. i am grateful. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) Complete ownership and distribution copyrights to all work purchased. 4) Instructions on how to update the new site myself in the future. 5) Making a full map of the three main regions on my site. ## Platform This must work on 95% of machines.
