Develop an E-Tour Social Network Site using phpfox community

The PHPFox Social Network Community script is a fully enabled Social Network script, I am looking for an experienced Phpfox Web developer individual or company who already has the phpfox community script to help develop an E-tour Social Network by doing the following 1. Create a new Theme that will Give the social network a new look ( from this i have post my drawings for the Graphics layout that i want) 2. Create a Web portal module for Hotel agents to control there Hotel profile for the basis of advertising there presence on the Social Network 3. Create a Web portal module for Tour agents to control there Tour company profile for the basis of advertising there presence on the Social Network 4. Create a Web portal module for Travel operator agents to control there Travel Operators company profile for the basis of advertising there presence on the Social Network that is - Car hire, Car rentals, Flights, Trains, Ferries Once the Developer finishes he/she must host the Site for me to test and inspect it for any bug tracing, then later on Pay the freelancer by depositing in full via the freelancer.com site to handle the site to me with no hassles...
