Develop PHP Script To Generate Flash (SWF) files (using something like Ming?)

I am looking for someone who knows how to generate SWF Files from the Web Server. We currently use PHP on Apache but can also look at using Windows Web Server OS. I have found a product called Ming (<[login to view URL]>) which appears to be able to create the SWF files. I want to be able to provide the PHP script with a list of image paths and have it produce the SWF file which rotates through each image applying a smooth animation called the Ken Burns effect. The SWF will then be uploaded to YouTube. ## Deliverables I am looking for someone who knows how to generate SWF Files from the Web Server. The coder will need to have some ActionScript skills as I need the video to apply the Ken Burns effect, I can provide a demo of what this looks like and you should be able to locate plenty of ActionScript examples on the web.
