I want someone to program a "customize your t-shirt online" program like the one found at [[login to view URL]][1] .

No need to program the web page.

If possible, don't use Java like this one 'cause it's heavy for users, and not everybody has the java console.

NEW PART:

You shall combine a given (by us) design with a copy of [[login to view URL]][1]

You should include a virtual shopping cart so that people can buy existing styles.

You also should integrate ou secure payment server.

We shall be able to add, edit, remove products and their price (existing style, customizable products)

When a transaction is done and paid, we shall receive by email the design the customer has made.

We will give you a database or xls file with the initial costs of each products (colors). Because the user will get a price online, you will also be given our price chart for screen printing and embroidery.

The site will be available in both English and French. We will give you the texts in both languages, and will be available for translating everything you need.

If the user is located in QUEBEC province in Canada, 2 taxes should be added to the final price, if the user is located in CANADA, only 1 taxe should be added, anywhere else, no tax.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation package that will install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
