Custom flash player

I need a custom flash video player ready for embedding into video websites. It must have the following characteristics: Be able to take the following parameters via the HTML embed code. * file1, file2, file3.... (the url(s) of the flv file(s) to play)(this really a simple playlist) * watermark image url (this is the image overlay for videos or thumbnail image) * watermark_placement (top_left, top_right, bottom_left, bottom_right) * watermark_display (movie_only, image_only, both) * autostart (true or false) * click_to_play_text (displays in the middle of movie, clicking start playing movie) * click_to_play_image_url (displays in the middle of movie, clicking start playing movie) * repeat (true or false) * bufferLength (how much to buffer before starting the movie) video controls.... * normal start/stop/pause with progress slider * normal audio volume slider and mute button * fullscreen button * 2x/1x button * total time and elapsed time skinning... Must be able to override all visual elements on the player via a configuration file. This needs to include (but is not limited to): * start/stop/pause button appearance * progress slider appearance * volume slider and mute button appearance * fullscreen button appearance * 2x/1x button appearance * total time and elapsed time appearance * movie border appearance ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement). ## Platform must run on all popular browsers (IE5/6/7 Mozilla FF, Opera)
