Project Description: A ground up ENGINE build in Drupal ( with control panel ) and MySQL, for a sign up SUBSCRIPTION site for Guest or Client ( Single sign up ) and Companies ( multi sign up ) with a mixture in packages of a) Paid and free content together, b) All Paid c) All Free. .The site will be multi lingual ( we will provide the translation scripts ) and we will provide all graphic files. We do NOT need Graphic design. Package subscriptions will be time related ( monthly / qrtly/ annual ) and payable through Hong Kong relative means - this means more than just CC ( PPS / direct to agent / coupon / prepaid card etc )." Invisible" PayPal is preferred. An auto e mail marketing facility from the DB would be "nice to have".but not essential A means of monitoring daily bandwidth usage on a cumulative basis over a month is considered very attractive but not essential. The site contains multi media content both installed, embed, link and subscribed link on username / pwd in the subscribed site. It will also use Scorm compliant content. The DB will require to be interrogated for in depth data analysis of the client base and it's activities by admin and ( to a lesser controlled amount ) by managers / Signed up companies looking at ther own members. We might look for a way for members who play some installed games to record their scores in a league table for prizes. This is part 1 of ( AT LEAST ) a 3 part project and we are looking for capable, friendly and well referenced persons. This project will get progressively more complex and will move into live streaming, mobile content and dedicated servers running Alias and sub domains in their hundreds. The chosen person will be given priority preferred status for these ongoing contracts to be raised.
