Convert flash template to Joomla

I need this flash template or clone of this one at: http//[login to view URL] ...to work on a Joomla c/ admin panel. This site has the look and excitement and pizazz we need for our music website. If it can be converted, please explain what must change if it were used with Joomla and give bid total cost.
